The short version
We collect what you type into the booking form so we can hold your call and prepare for it. We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don’t sell or share your information for marketing.
What we collect
When you book a call: your name, work email, business name, industry, annual revenue range, the time you picked, your time zone, and anything you write in the optional note. Our web host also processes standard request data, such as IP address, to deliver pages and limit abuse.
Why we use it
To schedule and confirm your call, send you the details, and prepare so the 20 minutes are useful. The revenue range helps us suggest the right plan. We may follow up about the call; we won’t add you to a newsletter without asking.
Who processes it for us
Booking details are stored with our database provider, Supabase. Confirmation and notification emails are sent through Resend. The site runs on Cloudflare. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t set tracking cookies. Your browser stores one preference, light or dark theme, so the site remembers it. The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter there is sent to us.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept while we’re in touch about working together, and deleted on request.
Your choices
Email info@localhostlabs.net to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We’ll reply within a few business days.
Medical practices
Please don’t include patient information in the booking form. When we work with a medical practice, patient data is handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement, never through this website.
