Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is available with a 10% discount if you prefer it, but it’s optional. We earn the next month by making the current one work.
How is pricing calculated? Do I pay per user?
You pay per plan, not per seat. Plans are sized by locations and users: Starter covers one location and up to 15 users, Growth up to three locations and 50 users, and Custom is unlimited. Adding a teammate inside your plan’s limits doesn’t change the price.

Yes. Many businesses keep a specialist tool such as payroll or accounting software. Growth connects the tools you keep to your platform, and Custom adds fully custom third-party integrations. The goal is one system for daily operations, not replacing things that already work.
How long does it take to go live?
One location is typically live in four to six weeks: a 20-minute intro call, a week mapping how you work, then the build, your data moved and your team trained. The same senior engineers do the work throughout.
